This pole lamp was a freebie from the same woman we bought our credenza from. What do you think.....horrific, sort of ugly, not bad, cool, the most amazing lamp you've ever seen? I just can't decide. It looks pretty cool with multi colored party bulbs in it but my son says it just looks too disco. My husband says it's not the best lamp to read by, hence, the one bright bulb in the trio.
I like it better where you have it now, and I want to see the different color bulbs in it! If it isn't bright enough to read by, then it seems rather impractical, yes? But I do still kind of like it either way. Even though it's sort of odd. I'm sort of odd, myself.

ReplyDeleteLoving the lamp! I think these were intended more for "atmospheric" lighting in a corner than to read by anyway, so use it accordingly and give your husband a table lamp so he doesn't go blind :-)
