A new restaurant opened in our town yesterday. We have anxiously awaited the opening for months. Sonora Pub and Woodfired Pizzas did not disappoint. We ordered a marguerita pizza and a quattro formaggi pizza. Delicioso! The pizza cooks in 90 seconds in their 1200 degree wood fired oven. So, last night's culinary delight set in motion a whole new fantasy.....building our own wood fired oven. Never mind that we don't even have blue prints for the house we are going to build....first things first. We can live in the Aloha and eat pizza for the next two years while we build. Perhaps we can pay the carpenters with pizza dough (cooked to order)....WE'RE ALL FIRED UP! Check out these snazzy pizza ovens. You'll want one too...

ReplyDeleteYes, that last photo is definitely something I could easily live with. Since I set our gas grill on fire last week, maybe now's the time to suggest an outdoor pizza oven to the hubby.
