    I'm so serious when I say that may be the most beautiful house I've ever seen. It is so amazing--can we pool our resources and buy it? Amazing.

    There's nothing that says "homey" quite like a boulder in the living room. I'll bet this place cost a pretty penny even way back in 1947.

    Were slate floors used in the late 40's? (leave it to me to ask about details like this lol)...

    I love the streamline way they decorated this interior...

    And I do believe they bought all those bullet planters off eBay ha ha =)

    This is sooooo beautiful! That stream coming down through and under the house. OMG! I could "retreat" here for the rest of my life.
    That bedroom is just perfect. This is "mid century" that I could really get into.
