I've been a little under the weather today.
(Perhaps I should have gotten that flu shot when I was at the Health Fair last week.)
The upside of feeling down is that
you get to lie on the couch
all day,

and have someone wait on you.
(guilt free)
Um, excuse me, yoo hoo,
my tea cup seems to be empty...
and I'm terribly thirsty.
Must be the fever.
Thank you ever so much...
You also get to spend hours on your laptop
discovering all kinds of cool new ways
to spend all the money
you don't have
on that house that
you're going to build
someday.
Check out these fabulous wall flats from Inhabitliving.com.
I could go for a wall like this in a big way.

Or how about some stretched art like this?

Lamp Love!

I need to curl up in this bed.
Hello out there?
I'm ready to be tucked in!
Thank you.
Oh, and can you fluff my pillow too?

It's fun to be high maintenance once in awhile.
Hope you're feeling' groovy soon.
ReplyDeleteYour taste, as always, is completely spot-on! Oh the fun we'd have fitting and furnishing each other's house!
Get better. I know those sons of yours are pampering you.
Hope you feel better soon. I had it last week and had no lackey's to get me anything.
ReplyDeletePS: Where is that bedding from?
Thanks ladies. MMMC, clever you...Barbara, everything came from Inhabitliving.com. Love their stuff. Every last bit of it.
ReplyDeleteTake care of yourself. This is the beginning of the FLU season and I would definitely get your flu shot.... just to play it safe.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen walls like this and I lived through the 50's and 60's. They are amazing.
I can't wait to see how you transform your new house. Dream on girl....
Rest, sleep, and feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteDang you! Now, I am going to have to have some of those wall flats! They are so cool!
ReplyDeleteI bit under the weather..feel better! I hope you are being waited on as we speak!
ReplyDeleteHappy you stopped by, and now I get to stop by here to say "hope you get better soon" :)
ReplyDeleteI like your collection in here, looking forward to more posts.
Lena.
Hope you're feeling better by now, sweetie. I have never in my long life heard of "wall flats" but I suppose they're called that because they look like egg flats? Some of that stuff is a bit too "new modern" for me but I did fall completely in love with those orangey-red chairs. Yum!
