It's Beginning to Feel Like Christmas

  1. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! You put me to shame. I have a single snow globe out (and only because I just bought it)...and that's all!

We have that same L. E. Smith big green bowl in the store that's in the foreground of one of your photos!

  4. Wow! Your tree and my tree look like long lost twins! I have a big bunch of vintage glass ornaments and USED to have those same exact glitter deer...which for some inexplicable reason, I sold at the Rose Bowl (why didn't I foresee Christmas coming?) Luckily I kept my full size glitter deer. I'm not completely senseless! I'll be doing a post on my tree today and boy it looks a lot like yours! The rest of your pics are so beautiful. I love the pic of the kitty sitting on your hubby's lap while he tries to read. I think kitties see everyday as Christmas!

  8. The only thing missing is the snow!

I'm sad to say that it's missing here too :(

I'm in Québec and we should be up to our chins in snow right now...

Love your mid-century decor and your sense of details. I'm just starting my mid-century living room and it's a labour of love....and patience!

  9. Aahhhhhh... LOVE seeing the tastefully decorated tree. We have my mom and dads ornaments, and they resemble many of these ornaments you have. Very special, and so beautiful. I typically don't use cliche's, but "they don't make things like they used to"!!! Way-to-go... class and beauty all the way at your home.
