words of encouragement.
Our little wanderer returned
last night right before bedtime.
She's still weak but she drank
lots of water and ate little food.
We were very happy to see her.
So was her brother.
He's not used to sleeping without her.
We'll keep a close watch
and hope she improves
over this holiday weekend.
Aw, my two kitties are sleeping together on the desk right next to me right now. I'm glad she returned. I hope her health improves. You gotta love those lil' furballs.
ReplyDeleteSo glad Miss Freida is home, and I hope she starts feeling better soon! I lost my sweet schnauzer a couple of years ago and haven't seen him since, so I know how that hurts. (My driveway gate didn't close all the way one night, and when I let the dogs out in the back yard for a "bathroom" break, they got out and wandered down the street. I'm sure someone picked him up...even though he was tagged and chipped.)

ReplyDeleteI had a sweet black and white kitty go missing once, and I never saw it again. So I am very happy to hear yours made it back. They are both so cute!
